Hello! I'm Andrius Bačianskas, a software engineer with a decade of experience. I'm passionate about AI and blockchain technologies, and I excel at crafting well-tested code for diverse platforms. Originally from Lithuania, I studied CS in UK at Hull University before launching my career in Germany.
Web3 experience
With WalletConnect I mostly focused on next generation account abstraction features like ERC-4337, paymaster functionality using Pimlico, counterfactuality of accounts, passkey singers and session keys.
At Unbound, I took care of the development of a web3 gaming asset rental system, integrating payment and rental functionality on Ethereum, Avalanche, Polygon, and Immutable X. This platform revolutionizes how gamers interact with digital assets, allowing them to securely rent, trade, and monetize in-game items.
During my time at Lukso, I played a role as a software engineer, contributing to the development of the platform's infrastructure. Primarily, my focus revolved around building a series of microservice APIs and integrating them with the Know Your Customer (KYC) system, Fractal.

My garage projects
- Simba GPT
- A real estate assistant for P2P apartment and house listings and searches. I built this project with TypeScript, Nest.js, and used Farcaster on the backend for data storage over its P2P network.
- BTC/USDT Orderbook
- Frontend component that displays a BTC/USDT orderbook using Redux and WebSockets.
My tech stack
My University classes were teaching everything from .NET; I built programs in C#, C++, however was not limited to more pop culture tech like JS and PHP. Once I started my career, I mostly used PHP and Node.js, some JAVA, Python and Solidity. I can build dynamic frontends in React and Next, Tailwind and know Nest.js / Express.js API development very well. I have experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, and have worked with AWS and GCP.
